Public Notice: The Nyona South Mud Lake Conservancy District will be accepting applications for 2 vacancy’s for the Board of Directors from October 24th to December 1st of 2023. The terms of Chairman Tom Trent & Vice Chairman Tim Johnson will expire at the end of 2023.
A nominee does have to have been a petitioner for establishment of the district. A nominee does not have to be a resident of the area of the district for which the nominations are invited but must be a freeholder.
Nominations for Director must be submitted to the office of the district in hand writing from October 24th to December 1st 2023 or gevien to one of the current board members: Tom Trent 765-863-1816, Tim Johnson 219-869-4783, Randy Hill 618-531-5885, Brian Roller 765-776-1642 or Kevin Umbarger 765-520-0080
The applications for vacancies must be signed by Five (5) Freeholders from the area designated by the secretaries notice. Nominations that are mailed must be delivered or post marked before December 1st 2023. The envelope must have sufficient postage and be dated prior to that date.
